How long have you been using the eBay Site and what do you use it for?
We started with bidorbuy.com almost 6 years back and then came baazee.com which is now eBay. I list mostly in Videos, Music and Books category. We were into retailing earlier where we had started with a CD-ROM store, but later we completely diverted into online sales.
What is your strategy to sell on eBay?
We believe in keeping our customers happy and satisfied. The customers are the greatest 'asset' that one can ever have. My advice to new sellers is - eBay as a system has some wonderful features for sellers, make the best of them and that will definitely help you to sell your products.
Who is your favorite eBay seller/buyer and why?
All our buyers are very special for us. It's because of them that we have been able to reach this stage. We really enjoy interacting with all our buyers who enjoy their purchase and come back for more.
Do you think your feedback rating has effected your reputation as a seller?
Yes, it does affect my business and my reputation because it helps me stand out against my competition and positioning myself on the platform.
What eBay feature or service would you say has been the most helpful to you and why?
"Shop Management" feature interests me the most. I try out all new features as and when they are launched. It is a great concept in itself, which gives me opportunity to distinguish myself in a much creative way.
