While many of the features of eBay will be similar to what you are already familiar with on Baazee, we would like you to please take note of the following:

Site Policies
There have been some changes in the site policies. We will request you to go through them, in order to ensure that your activity on the site complies with the new policies. You can find the new policies here: Link to site policies

Log in and Registration
The log in process is the same as on Baazee, and you can log in to www.ebay.co.in site using your already existing name and password.

Browsing
Most of the pages like Home page, category page, search and browse page are similar on ebay.co.in and Baazee sites. The only difference being that, the buyer will not be able to see images against your featured items.

Header of pages:
The header of eBay is different from Baazee.

View Item Page
The Item Page (the page that contains the full details of your item) is quite similar to what it is on Baazee.

Listings Page
The Search Results Page is also quite similar to the one on Baazee. In addition, there is a new feature called Compare Items using which buyers can compare 2 items before making a decision to bid / buy.

Search Results Page
The Search Results Page is also similar to the one on Baazee. In addition, users can customize the way they want results to be displayed.

My Baazee / My eBay
Your My Baazee page has changed to My eBay page. We will request you to go through it in detail as there are significant changes in that page. You can also find more information about the key changes here.

Sell Your Item Form:
The sell form in eBay is different from what it was on Baazee. We will request you to check out the new sell form and its features in detail. Some of the key changes are mentioned here. The sell form will be accessible from the header of the page and not from your My eBay page.

Shipping charges and Payment Preferences:
Payment Preferences and Shipping options will be part of your sell form instead of you're My Baazee page. Once you input your payment preference and shipping charge, they will be saved in the sell form, until you change it.

Selling Tools:
Bulk Upload will not function on the new site. It will be replaced by Turbo Lister, which is a FREE tool. Another tool, Selling Manager, is also being introduced. It will help in making your post sales process easier. You can view details of these Tools here.

Sales not completed (SNC vs. UPI):
The SNC process will now be called un-paid items (UPI) process. We will request you to study the changes in the new process compared to the earlier one. Details of this new process are provided here.

Checking your live items:
The functionality of checking your live items by typing www.baazee.com/userid will not be functional on the new site.

eBay shops
A new functionality of shops is being introduced on the new site.

PaisaPay
You will be able to acess your PaisaPay account in your my eBay. Here you will be able to find the details of the orders you have received or placed via PaisaPay.

Billing and Payment
The billing process will undergo some significant changes, For ex: the bill of your current month will become due next month instead of two months later. For more details, click here
