To be able to sell on eBay India, all sellers will be required to offer PaisaPay as a payment method on their listings. However not all international buyers may choose to pay via PaisaPay. Many payment options you use within your own country may not be available internationally. Also when you are listing on sites other than eBay India , eBay asks that sellers offer PayPal or an approved merchant account as a safe payment method for your items.
