Terms & Conditions

Aramex Shop & Ship Program (“SNS”) is applicable to the registered members of Aramex Shop & Ship (“Aramex”) who reside outside India and are transacting on www.ebay.in (“eBay Website”) with instruction to deliver the products at “Aramex India Pvt Ltd ,31Q, Laxmi industries estate, Andheri west

Mumbai, Maharashtra, ZipCode: 400053, Tel:  +91-22-33003300” as buyer’s shipping address in India (“Shipping Address”).

Terms and conditions of the SNS are in addition to and not derogation of the terms and conditions of eBay User Agreement, Privacy Policy and eBay Rules and Policies (collectively, “eBay UA & Policies”). In case of any conflict between eBay UA & Policies and the terms of SNS provided herein, unless specified otherwise herein, eBay UA & Policies shall prevail.

User participating in the ASNS in any manner shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the SNS and eBay UA & Policies.

  1. Buyer shall at all times ensure full compliance of applicable provisions of its domestic laws as well as Indian laws and rules and regulations made thereunder and as amended from time to time. Buyer shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being enforce.
  2. Cash On Delivery (“COD”) Orders: COD orders are not allowed under SNS. eBay and/or eBay sellers may cancel the COD order placed by the buyers under SNS.
  3. eBay may do such checks as it deems fit before approving the receipt of transaction prices from the buyers for security or other reason at the discretion of eBay. Buyer shall provide the requested document to eBay and/or its authorized service provider/representative to do such check. As a result of such check, if eBay is not satisfied with the creditability of the buyer or genuineness of the transaction or transaction price, eBay shall have right to reject the receipt of transaction price.
  4. Refund: Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank where transaction price was received. Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees. Buyer shall be liable and shall bear any foreign exchange conversion risk, loss, changes or fees. Refund shall be made through PaisaPay Payment Facility using NEFT/RTGS or any other online banking/electronic fund transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”). 
  5. eBay Guarantee Claim: Terms and Conditions of eBay guarantee claim shall be applicable to the extent possible with following exceptions:
    1. In case buyer is not satisfied with the product delivered/received from its seller, buyer has an option to report its concern by using an online request form to register a dispute. Buyer can search the disputed item and register the transaction related concern with eBay by providing details of the exact nature of concern.
    2. Buyer will be able to raise a concern within 5 working days from the transaction date.
    3. In the event buyer has to return the product to the seller for any reason whatsoever, the buyer shall incur the cost or expenses of shipment of the product to the seller including custom duty, taxes etc.
  6. eBay and/or seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the product for any reason whatsoever, after delivery of the products at the Shipping Address of the buyer.
  7. Products having their warranty or guarantee features are subject to their terms and conditions and Seller shall be responsible for warranty or guarantee of their products. Buyer shall directly coordinate with his/her seller for claiming any warranty or guarantee of their products. eBay shall not assume any liability for such warranty or guarantee of the product in any manner whatsoever.
  8. eBay shall communicate with Buyer on his/her email id registered with eBay Website.
  9. eBay shall have the right to forthwith terminate the SNS, or User participation in the same, with or without cause, in its sole and absolute discretion without incurring any liability on any account whatsoever.
  10. eBay further reserves the right to terminate user participation in the SNS in the event eBay determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that user has contravened any provision of the SNS or eBay UA & Policies.
  11. User acknowledge and agree that at any point of time, eBay reserve the right to cancel, modify, change, suspend or withdraw any of the terms and conditions of the ASPP (including benefits provided therein) as it may deem fir, in part or in its entirety, with or without cause, without giving any prior notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.
  12. These SNS terms and conditions  and any dispute or claims arising out of or in connection with the SNS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai (India).
