Mustafa agrees that he couldn't have achieved success on eBay without the support of friends & family, but also calls out the important role eBay account managers play. He especially acknowledges Johnson Banala, who supported and guided him in widening his product range and making his selling more customer oriented. A unique difference is his outlook towards the contribution of feedback towards being a successful seller; "According to me the only way to build goodwill is to delight customers with your every offering. This has always been my endeavor. The feedback ratings are only an indicator of this fact, but they have certainly helped me to build customer trust and goodwill. "

So does he have any tips for sellers who are starting out on eBay? "I feel that I have a long way to go before I can give credible insights to the eBay community. Though I would like to say that eBay presents an excellent opportunity to get in touch with a wide and diverse base of sellers and buyers. We, as sellers need to constantly change and adapt to meet the dynamic customer expectations. Customer satisfaction is the key to profitability for any business.
