You will not use the eBay button(s) as a static image.

3. You acknowledge that the eBay button(s) contains eBay's proprietary logos, trademarks, and service marks (collectively, "eBay Marks"). You will not do anything inconsistent with eBay's ownership of the eBay Marks. You will not use the eBay button(s) or eBay Marks in such a manner as to imply endorsement by eBay. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and eBay. You will not make any representation regarding, or on behalf of, eBay. You will not use the eBay Marks in video or printed works, software or any other materials for any reason.

4. You will not use the eBay button(s) on any Web Site that, in eBay’s sole discretion, disparages eBay or its services, infringes eBay's intellectual property rights, or violates any county, national or international law.

5. eBay has the right to revoke this limited licence at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability or obligation to you of any kind. eBay has the right to inspect your Web Site from time to time for compliance with this Link Licence Agreement. If eBay notifies you that this Link Licence Agreement is terminated, you will promptly remove the eBay button(s) from your site.

6. You acknowledge that you have no rights in the eBay button(s) or eBay Marks other than as described herein, and that any other use will be considered an infringement of eBay’s trademark rights. You agree that eBay has no liability for your use of the eBay button(s), and you will reimburse eBay for any costs it may incur related to your use of the eBay button(s), or for any breach of this Link Licence Agreement.

7. EBAY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE EBAY MARKS, AND THE CONTENT ON EBAY'S WEB SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EBAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF EBAY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

8. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and eBay with respect to the limited licence of the eBay button(s) and may not be modified except by a writing signed by both parties.
