Terms and Conditions for Mastercard Customers

Eligibility

  1. The “MasterCard Promotion Offer” (hereinafter “Offer”) is valid on all the items listed (except handpicked deals) on www.ebay.in (“eBay Website”) where the payment is made through PaisaPay using Maestro / MasterCard Credit/Debit Card issued by MasterCard in India during promotion period and subject to the below terms and conditions.
  2. The Promotion Period shall be from, 24th Nov  2015@00:00:01 Hrs IST till 31st Dec 2015@ 23:59:59 Hrs IST or on first come first serve basis.
  3. This Offer is valid only for the registered user of eBay Website and who is Indian resident and has shipment within India only (hereinafter “eBay User(s)”).

 

The Steps to avail offer section:

  1. Search for the item you want to buy
  2. Pay through PaisaPay using your Maestro / MasterCard Credit/Debit Card issued by MasterCard in India and enter the Promotion Code 2015MCFEST while making payment to get discount of 10% of the total transaction price or maximum Rs.2000, whichever is lowest, and
  3. Pay the balance amount using your any bank Maestro/MasterCard Credit/ Debit Card.
  4. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods or the discount amount shall be resolved by the Customer with eBay as per the eBay User Agreement directly without any reference to MasterCard India

General Terms & Conditions

  1. You (means the person using this promotion with the intent to use Promotion Code for discount under this Promotion or the eBay User) should not be in violation and agree to abide with this terms and conditions, the eBay User Agreement, PaisaPay User agreement, eBay Site rules and policies (hereinafter “eBay UAs”).
  2. eBay India reserves the right at anytime to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of this Promotion Offer, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion Offer by another Promotion/ Offer, whether similar to this Promotion Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and eBay India's decision in this regard shall be final.
  3. All decisions of eBay India regarding running / process / results, of the promotion, data selection shall be final and binding on all participants of this promotion, including you. No appeals will be entertained in this regard.
  4. In the event of circumstances arising outside of eBay India's control, which in eBay India's opinion make it necessary to suspend, substitute, change or cancel this Promotion, eBay India reserves the right to suspend, change, substitute or cancel this Promotion at any time without any notice.
  5. If eBay India has suspicion or knowledge, that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to this Promotion, eBay India reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants. Any entrant user of the eBay Site who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. eBay India reserves all the rights including but not limited to suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id and remove all listings of the errant eBay User and its related user id's on the eBay Site.
  6. eBay India does not warrant that the Website will run concurrently and error free during or after the Promotion Period and does not commit any uptime of the Website. Further eBay India shall not be liable for issues related to technical, human error whatsoever e.g. wrong promotion number being entered by you or you being logged out of system.
  7. eBay India does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed data, communication. eBay India reminds you of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system, computer hardware/ software failure, human error, things outside the control of eBay India that may affect entry/participation to this Promotion.
  8. The products or services are listed by third parties, who are responsible and liable for complying with commitments, communications, understanding including but not limiting to guarantees, warranties, services (pre, post sales) between them and you, as also complying with applicable law of the land.
  9. MasterCard does not assume any responsibility for the products and services offered under this Promotion. The products are sold and services are provided solely by the relevant seller, under such terms and conditions as determined by such seller, and MasterCard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by MasterCard and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this Promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by MasterCard.
  10. eBay India is neither responsible nor guarantees the make, quality of the products, services, which is purely responsibility, liability of third party. Nor is eBay India liable for any defect, deficiency, shortcoming or any risk associated with the quality, commitment, deliver timeline of the products, services.
  11. You understand and agree that participation in this Promotion is good and sufficient consideration for you to agree and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  12. All communications with you will be, on your email (ID registered on eBay Site) and / or community board.
  13. The benefits under the Offer CANNOT be clubbed with other offers running on the eBay Website, including vouchers or any other offer available on the eBay Website.
  14. The employees and the immediate family members of the employees of eBay India and its associate companies are NOT eligible to participate in the Offer.
  15. Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
