Terms and Conditions

1. All listed items are Brand New - Unused & Original. Each item is personally hand-signed by seventeen South African Cricketers.
2. The sale is purely a philanthropic and charity program and all the proceeds will go to Muskaan, an NGO dedicated to providing education, vocational training, work opportunities and lifelong support to intellectually challenged children and adults.
3. Payments need to be made using PAISAPAY with your Credit / Debit Cards.
4. The order will be confirmed after your payment is cleared by Paisapay.
5. Your order will be dispatched through the BlueDart courier service as soon as order is confirmed.
6. NO RETURNS will be accepted for these listed items.
7. Listed items cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
8. In case of altogether unavailability of the product, your 100% payment will be refunded in the same manner it is paid to us within 7-10 working days.
9. Octroi charges if applicable in your city will have to be paid by the BUYER. Courier company may also levy service charge on Octroi Payment. Octroi is levied in certain cities of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Punjab. It is the duty of the buyer to ascertain the rate of Octroi and other formalities relating to Octroi in their cities.
10. Oxigen does not take any liability for loss or damage in transit.
11. Actions on the site will be governed by the Terms and conditions of ebay.com
12. We will make upto 3 validation call attempts within 3 days of sale. In case buyer does not respond to calls or emails within 7 days of payment, sale will be deemed to be cancelled and refund will be initiated.
13. Price for the listed items are decided and final. It cannot be negotiated or countered.
14. Oxigen reserves the right to discontinue the sale of listed items at any point of time without any prior intimation.
15. Amount collected from the activity will be transferred to NGO within 30 working days of closure of sale.
16. Oxigen’s liability in this case is limited to the price of the listed items.
17. Items are being sold on “as is where is” basis and Oxigen does not take any liability for the quality of items.
18. The cricket bats are ornamental and are not built to withstand rigours of on or off field usage.
19. Oxigen shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental loss, damage or injury suffered by the buyer.
20. All disputes shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon (Haryana)only.
21. Buyers of listed items shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
