Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Promotion benefits, buyer should qualify for all the below mentioned terms:

8. “Fulfilled transaction” means the Users who have confirmed the receipt of their products purchased through eBay Website and have not raised any eBay Guarantee* claim therefor.
9. Users shall pay for their transactions only through PaisaPay payment facility of eBay Website. However the Promotion is also applicable for the Fulfilled transaction through Cash on Delivery [“COD”].
10. “A Unique User” as mentioned, implies a User with a unique eBay Website user ID
11. A Unique User will not be gratified or declared as winner more than once during this Promotion across Offers.  eg: A sunburn tickets winner will not be eligible to win the Fitbit Activity Band.
12. For Offer 1, Offer 3, Offer 5 & Offer 6, there will be 1 winner every 3 minutes who will be gratified with the respective Offers. This User will be selected based on the first come first serve basis.
13. For Offer 2, Offer, 4 & Offer 7, all participating valid First Time Users shall receive the gratification.

Offer 1: Sunburn Tickets for all 4 days

1. This Offer is valid only on Promotion Period/date i.e. 16th December 2015 from 12.00pm till 5.00pm.

2. The tickets are only for Winners’ entry in the Sunburn Festival for all 4 days (27th December to 30th December.
3. The Entry ticket does not include any food, beverages or accommodation at the Sunburn festival
4. This Sunburn Smart Band must be worn and kept intact since it will be valid for all 4 days of the Festival.
5. The event is subject to government permissions.
6. A physical ticket shall be collected from the venue box office on the day of the event in exchange for your e-ticket purchase confirmation. Entrant will have to carry his/her valid photo id for verification of the ticket holder name along with your e-ticket print out.
7. A ticket shall not be a valid ticket if the barcode or hologram has been tampered with.
8. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
9. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
10. Each ticket admits one person only.
11. This is a wrist-band access festival. Wrist-bands will be issued at the festival and will enable access to all stages for designated dates. Please keep your wrist-band on for all days that you have received the tickets for. They are washable. In case wrist-bands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.
12. Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
13. eBay and Authorized Service Provider are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by festival guests; Sunburn encourages guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.

Offer 2: Movie Tickets for 2

1. This Offer is valid only on Promotion Period/date i.e. 17th December 2015 from 12.00pm till 5.00pm.

In the case that there is no venue in your area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited. Authorized Service Provider will use reasonable endeavors to recruit a venue in your area, but this cannot be guaranteed. You will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 45 minutes. Such an offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to you.
19. In the event of large promotional uplift, venues reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 6 months from the date our agents call you to make a promotional booking.
