When can I use a Data Card?

You need a computer/laptop with bare minimum specification and you can use IDEA NetSetter (Data Card) on the move to access internet.

What is the procedure for buying the data card? |
|
| |
You just need to post a request on this site. Our executive will contact you within 24 working hours. Post which our executive will take an appointment from you and come over to the required place to collect the relevant document. The documents will be validated and once the verification is found positive, you will be getting your data card delivered to the suggested address within 2-3 days.
You will have the data card with you before the 7th day from the date you have applied on the EBay site.

What documents are required? |

1. A proof of residence ( Ration Card/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill/Voters Card)
2. Identification Proof (Passport/Pan Card/Driving License/Company Identification card)

What is the cost of the hardware? |

What are the plans that I can chose from? |

You can start off with a plan where you pay Rs 360/- extra with the hardware and get 1 month of UNLIMITED internet surfing absolutely FREE.
Or you can pay Rs 651/- and get 2 months of UNLIMITED internet surfing absolutely FREE.
Post this you can migrate to ANY of the other plans basis your needs and requirement of usage and budget. Attached is a list of the plans available.

What happens after the first 1month / 2 months after the UNLIMITED PLAN IS OVER? |

Post 1month / 2 months the subscriber will be migrated to Rs 399 tariff plan by default

How do I install the NetSetter (Data Card)? Is it difficult? |

The NetSetter installation is very simple. It is a plug and play device. You will only need to click on the icon in MY COMPUTER and the installation will happen, post which every time you insert a NetSetter into the USB drive, it will auto run.

What is the speed of surfing? |

A NetSetter gives you 236 Kb/S, which is the highest speed that a Data Card gives in its category.

What are the Return policy details? |
