With millions of items offered for sale every day on eBay, you need to know how to find what you want. Learn how to get started.
Solve a problem
Use the Refine search section on the left side of the search results page to narrow the list based on the item’s price, brand, or other options. If you still get too many results, try using the "Advanced search" link at the top of most pages.
To get more results, you can search within sellers’ descriptions as well as in item titles. Select the “Include title and description” check box, located below the search box, and click Search again. If this doesn’t work, try using different search words. Experiment using two or three different words at a time so you get a variety of results.
You can expand your search to search within sellers’ descriptions as well as in item titles. Select the “Include title and description” check box, located below the search box, and click Search again.
