A. India is under a national lockdown due to COVID19. Due to lockdown courier service has been disrupted and the seller may not be able to ship the items to you. Hence keeping the buyer experience in mind all the corridor transactions have been currently blocked. A. Pandemic COVID-19 has called for a nationwide lockdown in India. If the order is yet not shipped you can choose either of the following options and communicate with your seller:
  • Let your seller know if you are willing to wait for the situation to return to normalcy post which the seller can ship the item to you.
  • In case you are not willing to wait, then please communicate it to your seller and request him to cancel the transaction immediately.
Ensure that you are using the eBay Messaging system to communicate with your transacting partners.
A. Be assured your past transactions are not affected by the block placed on the corridor transactions. If you have already purchased from the seller and are awaiting shipment/delivery, please contact your seller for the latest status update.

If you are looking at making fresh purchases/transactions, you would be able to do so once the temporary block has been lifted post the situation has returned to normalcy.

It’s possible that these shipments will take a bit longer than normal as the availability to ship items as well as transport them has been affected.
