eBay India, India's leading online marketplace & NASSCOM, the premier trade body and 'voice' of the IT software and service industry in India unveiled the 'eBay eCommerce Guide' in Delhi today. Launched by Kiran Karnik, President, NASSCOM and Gautam Thakar, Country Manager, eBay India Marketplace at the NASSCOM eCommerce seminar, the eBay eCommerce Guide aims to spread awareness and educate internet users on the various elements of eCommerce.
The eBay eCommerce Guide spells out the basic business models of eCommerce, benefits to users, profiles of sellers & buyers & industry statistics. In addition, there are chapters on technology trends and resources which will assist consumers in understanding the newer developments in eCommerce.
