1. What is changing with Shops?
Going ahead, you can avail of 750 free listings every month with a Featured Store and unlimited free listings with a premium store. The below table shops exactly what is changing:

*Note: Please note that the above free listings will be not available for the sellers who are ‘below standard’. Once the free listings for the month are over, you will be charged as per the regular insertion fees. The Shop subscription fee is charged on a pro-rata basis. You can check the regular fee structure for shops here.

Example:

  1. If you have a Featured Shop subscription, no insertion fees will be charged for up to 750 listings in a month. Any additional listings over the 750 listings, insertion fee will be charged as per the existing rate. The rest of the fees remain the same.
  2. If you have a Premium Shop subscription, you can have any number of listings (unlimited) without being charged any insertion fee. The rest of the fees remain the same.

2. Is the shop subscription fee increasing?
No. The shop subscription fees remain the same.
3. How do I know the optimum number of listings for which I should subscribe to a shop?
The following chart shows the exact number of listings when it becomes cheaper to upgrade to a shop:

  • Basic Shop - As soon as you reach a listing count of 167, a basic shop is cheaper than not having a shop.
  • Featured Shop - For a listing count of 751 and above, a featured shop turns out to be cheaper
  • Premium Shop - For a listing count of 2751 and above, a premium shop is cheaper.

4. What other features are changing?
  • Going ahead, you can add 12 photos/images per listing absolutely free [presently it is only 3 photos/images].

  • Gallery Plus will be free going ahead. Gallery Plus displays larger pictures from your listing in search results when buyers move their mouse over your listing's thumbnail photo/image.

  • The minimum Final Value Fees (FVF) is being changed to Rs.10.00 from Rs.3.00.

    Example 1: You have listed an item for a selling price of Rs.500.00 in a category with 1% Final Value Fee (FVF). When the item is sold, you will be charged an FVF of Rs.10.00 [Rs.5 i.e. 1% of Rs.500 or minimum Rs.10, whichever is higher).

    Example 2: You have listed an item for a selling price of Rs.2000.00 in a category with 1% Final Value Fee (FVF). When the item sells, you will be charged an FVF of Rs.20.00 [Rs.20 i.e. 1% of Rs.2,000 or minimum Rs. 10, whichever is higher).
