Step 1: eBay invites high performance established sellers (a.k.a. Heroes) to take the challenge of becoming a SuperHero
Step 2: eBay invites high potential new sellers to become the team member of the Heroes
Step 3: The Hero uses his business acumen, to ensure that his team does maximum successful transactions on eBay and generates maximum positive feedback in 3 months time.

How will eBay create the team for the Hero?
The team will be created by eBay keeping into mind various factors like location, category of interest etc. eBay shall reserve the right to create teams and eBay's decision will be final.
What transactions are excluded from the promotion?
How will eBay choose the SuperHero?
The hero whose team does the maximum successful PaisaPay transactions during the challenge (1st November 2007– 31st January 2008) will be crowned 'The eBay SuperHero'.
Who will qualify for the prize 'Dinner with Country Manager'?
The Top 2 SuperHeroes whose teams do maximum successful PaisaPay transactions will get to meet and dine with the Country Manager of eBay India . eBay will bear the expenses of travel and stay of the Heroes who are located outside the Municipal limits of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane
How will eBay calculate 200 incremental selling feedbacks for the team?
All selling feedback received by the team members of a SuperHero during the challenge period (1st November 2007 – 31st January 2008) will be included while calculating the total 200 incremental feedback received by the team.
How will I receive the prizes?
An announcement will be made declaring the winners on the contest and the prize will be dispatched to winning sellers after the announcement.
How do I upload my photograph for the Challenge?
We will request you to give a high resolution image and preferably one where you face is clearly visible. Also, do upload you picture and encourage your team members to upload them by 1st November 2007. Please be aware that any obscene, indecent images will be dismissed.
I am a SuperHero, how do I submit my team's name?
Please mail your team's name to superhero@ebay.com by 1st November 2007. Team names ones submitted shall be used in all future communication in reference to the team.
How will I check my progress and whether I am close to my targets?
The feedback gathered by your team will be displayed on the SuperHero Page
When will the SuperHero get to know about the Team Members?
The SuperHeroes would be communicated about their team members post enrollments.
When does the enrollment for the program ends?
