What are the delivery timelines for my packages?

If my buyer is not available, how many attempts will be made to reach the buyer?
In case a house is locked or the customer is not available for any reason, the Aramex personnel will leave a note and later call the customer to check the best delivery time. The attempt to reach the customer will be made for 3 times. The same can also be tracked on the Aramex Website.
I am located in a remote location. Will Aramex pick up from my place?
The pick up arranged by Aramex will be from their serviceable location. You can locate the same here
How will I pay Aramex?
The Aramex billing cycle is fortnightly, and you will need to clear you dues with Aramex directly. You do not need to pay anything to eBay for the same.

Cash on Delivery:

Cod collection charges will be as follows:-
For Invoice value up to Rs. 1000 - 05% of invoice value, with minimum of Rs 20/-
For Invoice value above Rs 1000 - 03% of invoice value.

What are the charges for cash on delivery service?
Domestic COD Courier

Upto 250 gms	Rs 12.00	Rs 26.00
Upto 500 gms	Rs.14.00	Rs.34.00
Every addl 500 gms	Rs 14.00	Rs 32.00

If a product under the COD service is returned, will the same be charged one way or two ways?
The charge for a COD that is returned shall be two ways.

Insurance:

What is the self insurance provided to the seller?
All packages will be self insured up to Rs. 1500 or invoice value, whichever is lower. For any consignment above 1500, the insurance will be charged extra at .05%
In case of loss or damage of package, in how may days the insurance claim will be settled?
The insurance claim will be settled by the insurance company and the turn around time for the same can range from 30 days to 120 days.
