Your Remittance Member Status & Your PaisaPay Remittance Schedule.
To better manage the PaisaPay remittance process, we’re changing the remittance cycles by assigning you a Seller Remittance Member Status basis present performance of your seller account.
- Q. What’s New?
- You will be assigned either ‘Platinum’ or ‘Silver’ Remittance Member Status based on your present account performance standards. (You will be able to view your Remittance Member Status from 17th October 2014 onwards on your “My PaisaPay Summary” page).
- Q. What is the Criteria used for assigning Remittance Member Status?

Your seller account performance standards is the criteria to assign your Remittance Member Status. All eBay Top Rated Sellers (eTRS) and Above Standard Sellers Accounts will be assigned “Platinum” Member Remittance status and Standard and Below Standard Sellers Accounts will be assigned “Silver” Member Remittance status.
(Note - If you haven’t been evaluated for seller performance standards as yet, you are either new in the system or haven’t received the required ratings, in that case you will be assigned “Silver” Member Remittance status.)
- Q. Will I be intimated on my Remittance Member Status and any subsequent change in Remittance Member status?

You will be intimated through an email about your present Remittance Member Status that will be assigned on the 17th October 2014 and you will also be intimated for any subsequent change to your Remittance Member Status after a re-evaluation at periodic intervals. The interval of re-evaluation will be the 21st day of every month. You will also be able to view your Remittance Member Status on your “My PaisaPay Summary” page.
Example - Below is a screen of My PaisaPay Summary page of a seller assigned a “Platinum” Member Remittance status. The effective start date and time will be mentioned. This date and time will indicate that seller’s item transactions will start following its assigned remittance member status to decide the remittance timeline.

- Q. How will my assigned “Remittance Member Status” will impact my remittances?

IMPORTANT: Your assigned Remittance Member Status will determine how soon your remittance will be released to your registered bank account for your item transaction from the day of item delivery confirmation.
This change will be effective from October 17, 2014.

Below are examples explaining the scenarios for a Platinum/Silver Member Remittance status and the difference in remittance days.
For a Platinum Member Remittance Status - (No change in remittance timeline and schedule, please read below example)
- Buyer’s Payment Approved Date (Confirmed Order) - 7th October 2014.
- Seller shipped the item, i.e. seller entered shipping details or marked item ‘Ready to ship’ or Logistic Service Provider pickup scan by - 9th October 2014.
- Buyer/System confirmed Item Receipt OR Logistic Service Provider item successfully delivered scan received on - 12th October 2014 (Delivery Confirmation Date).
- The seller having a “Platinum” Member Remittance status will be remitted as per the existing timelines for this transaction i.e. on 14th October 2014 in seller’s registered bank account which is the nearest Tuesday [or Friday, as the case may be] from the Delivery Confirmation Date for the Prepaid transactions, and if this was a COD transaction, on 15th October, 2014 which is the nearest Wednesday from Delivery Confirmation Date.
For a Silver Member Remittance Status:
- Buyer’s Payment Approved Date (Confirmed Order) - 10th October 2014.
- Seller shipped the item, i.e. entered shipping details or marked item ‘Ready to ship’ or Logistic Service Provider pickup scan received by - 11th October 2014.
- Buyer/System confirmed Item Receipt OR Logistic Service Provider item delivered scan received on - 13th October 2014. (Delivery Confirmation Date)
- The seller having “Silver” Member Remittance Status you will be remitted for this transaction on 28th October 2014 in seller’s registered bank account which is the nearest Tuesday [or /Friday, as the case may be] from the Delivery Confirmation Date + 14 days for Prepaid transactions, and if this was a COD transaction 29th October 2014 which is the nearest Wednesday from Delivery Confirmation Date + 14 days.
- Q. If I am a seller who has been granted Express Remittance (ER), will the assigned “Remittance Member Status” affect my express remittances?

- Express remittances will continue to exist and will surely follow the Remittance Member Status schedule for remittance for Prepaid transactions.
- The functionality of how your transactions get qualified (i.e. Enter Shipping Details or Logistic Service Provider pickup scan) for ER doesn’t change nor does the ER amount limit granted you.
- Therefore, if you have been granted Express Remittance (ER) and have been assigned “Platinum” Member Remittance status you will be remitted as per the Platinum Member Remittance schedule [which is as per the current remittance schedule only]. (Please note that only sellers who have Platinum Remittance Member status will be considered for Express remittance (ER) going forward.)

Note: The remittance day when monies actually gets credited in your bank account remains the same that is nearest Tuesday/Friday for Prepaid item transactions and nearest Wednesday for COD item transactions.

- Q. Where do I track all my remittances that are due to me and on which dates for the transactions that have been successfully delivered to Buyer?

Yes: As a seller you can continue to check and monitor and track your remittances thru My PaisaPay Account balance section.
As per the feedback given this has been improved to give you more visibility to track your amounts due in the very next coming remittance cycles and also give you a view on what is coming next on future remittances dates or what’s is due in total till date. We have kept the Prepaid and COD rows separate for ease as suggested.

- Q. Do I get to see for each individual transaction when will I be remitted?

Yes: Just as you do currently for each transaction from My PaisaPay SOLD section on clicking each transaction status the transaction details page that opens will have the remittance section and let you know on what date the item amount will be remitted to you once the item has been confirmed delivered to the buyer.
We will also record you member remittance status that was taken into consideration while deciding the remittance date for this item transaction. (Displayed to you below is an example for reference)
- Q. Where can I see my PaisaPay invoices?

Your PaisaPay invoices will be available for viewing and download from the same location as currently today from My PaisaPay > Account Balance > View invoice section below. (As shown below for reference)
- Q. Will I get informed by email that my monies has been remitted on remittance day.

YES. Just as you have been informed currently, we will be sending you an email about the amount disbursed on a particular remittance day. We have taken your feedback for more clarity, and have added on the amounts with the respective remittance cycles dates if there were multiple in the email. (Example email shared below)
