How do I get my gift?

Getting your gift is easy! All you have to do is:

Buy items worth more than Rs.999, Rs.4999 or Rs.9999 on www.eBay.in
Depending on your order amount, choose a gift displayed from those on www.ebay.in/hotdeals (Please ensure your order amount is eligible for the gift you want)
Enter the gift code while paying with PaisaPay

What are the eligibility criteria to get the gift?

The eligibility criteria to get a free gift:

You need to be a registered user on www.ebay.in
You need to buy items worth more than Rs.999. Rs.4999 or Rs.9999
Your registered address should be updated & valid (your gift will be shipped only to your registered address)
You should enter a gift code while paying for the items
You should pay for the items with PaisaPay (credit / debit card or online bank transfer)

I registered with one address, but want the gift shipped to another. Can I do that?

All gifts will be delivered only to the address you provided while registering on eBay India . You can always update this address before making your purchase. Update your registered address .

I forgot to enter the code while buying the product? What do I do?

If you have forgotten to enter the coupon code you will not get your free gift. Entering coupon code is necessary without which you will not get your free gift.

I didn't pay using a credit / debit card or an online bank account? Will I still get my gift?

Sorry, this promotion is valid only for items paid for through PaisaPay.

How do I update my registered address? How is it different from my shipping address?

Registered address is the address you provided eBay with when you registered with us. The gifts will only be sent to your registered address so please update your registered address.

Can I use an eBay voucher while paying for my purchase?

No you will not be able to use any discount vouchers along with the gift coupon voucher when you are paying for your purchase.

How long will it take for me to receive my gift?

You will receive your gift within 45 days of paying for your item. However, this could be subject to delays caused by third party vendors & courier companies.

If I haven't received my gift, what do I do?

If you have not received your gift within the stipulated time period please contact customer support.

What if I enter the wrong gift code while buying my product? Can I change it?

No, once you enter a gift code you cannot change it.

What if the seller does not deliver the product I bought and my payment is refunded? Will I still get my gift?

If your payment for a product is refunded, then you will not be eligible for the free gift.
