Creating a Seller's Account
To sell on eBay you need to register to become an eBay member and become a seller. Becoming a seller is free. During this one-time process you need to provide information to verify your identity and select how you will pay your seller fees.

Important note for sellers: To keep eBay a safe place for both buyers and sellers, all listings will be required to offer PaisaPay as a payment method. New sellers will able to offer only PaisaPay as a payment method for their first 20 listings. After 20 listings, new sellers can offer other payment methods. Existing sellers will be required to register again for PaisaPay.

Note: You cannot offer PaisaPay COD within your first 20 listings. The PaisaPay COD option will be visible only after you complete your 20th listing on eBay.
1) Verify your identity
If you are selling for the first time eBay will ask you to verify yourself.
Click "Sell" on the top of any of the eBay pages.
Click the "Start a new listing" tab.
Sign into your eBay account.
You will then be asked to verify your identity.
You can get yourself verified through SMS and manually using a credit card.
SMS Verification (immediate, but available for Indian residents only)
Enter your mobile phone number.
You will receive a confirmation code by SMS. Enter this code into the text box provided or go to http://sell.ebay.in and enter the confirmation code.

Call eBay on +91 22 26814304. Keep your eBay verification code and your credit card handy.
Enter your eBay verification code.
Enter your credit card details (16 digit credit card number, card expiry date and CVV number.)
2) Select the way you pay your seller fees
When becoming a seller, you need to select how you pay your seller fees.
You can pay your seller fees using any of the following payment methods:
Credit Card payment with PaisaPay (monthly and one-time payments)
Online Bank Transfer with PaisaPay (monthly and one-time payments)
Cheque/Demand Draft (one-time payments)
