You can request a refund if you have a credit balance on your account of Rs.25.00 or more. To see your account balance, go to the View Account Status page. A credit balance appears as a negative number on your account status and monthly invoices.

Before submitting your request

• If you are trying to obtain a credit on your account for selling fees, review Insertion Fee Credit Requirements for Relisted Items and Requesting Final Value Fee Credits for requirements.

• Verify that your address and contact information is current. To update your registration information using My eBay, click the “Personal Information” link under the My Account section of My eBay views.

Method of refund
Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the payment to eBay. For example, if you paid using cheque, then your refund will be sent to you by cheque.

Please allow 10 working days for refunds to be processed and posted to your eBay account.
