How do I close my eBay Shop?

Follow the steps listed below to close your eBay Shop. Before doing so, please note that:

  • All of your current Shop listings (if any) will automatically end.

  • All of your current auction-style and fixed price listings will remain active until their ending date is reached or they are sold.

  • Your next invoice will include a prorated credit for the number of days left in your subscription billing cycle.

  • Shop subscriptions are for a minimum 30-day period. If you cancel within this period, you will be billed for the entire 30 days. If you cancel after the minimum 30-day period, your subscription will be pro-rated and any overpayment will be reflected in a later invoice.

To close your eBay Shop:
  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Click the Account tab and then click the Subscriptions link in the left navigation.

  3. Scroll to the eBay Shops section, and click the Cancel Subscription link.

  4. If you have bundled subscriptions with your eBay Shop for Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro, or other selling tool, select the appropriate button to specify whether you want to keep the subscriptions at the new monthly fee or unsubscribe.

  5. If you are sure you want to cancel your eBay Shop subscription, click the Yes button.
