For items that you sold through PaisaPay and have not yet shipped, you can print the following shipping documents:
These documents are linked to your PaisaPay order and, include full order details such as the buyer’s shipping address, item IDs and PaisaPay ID. You can print documents for individual orders or in bulk for multiple orders.
Setting up your computer before printing
Before printing you need to set your computer’s print settings to make sure the documents are printed correctly.
To change your browser’s print settings:
Open your browser window.
Click the File menu and select “Page setup”.
From the “Size” dropdown list, select A4 (section A in the image below).
Leave the “Header” and “Footer” fields blank (section B in the image below), so that the page title, link and date do not get printed.
Change all the margins to 0.5 (section C in the image below).
When you are printing your document, check the printer preferences to ensure it is configured to print on an A4 page.

Points to remember
Printing Labels
You can print a max of 4 label sets on 1 A4 page (1 label set = Buyer Address and Seller Address) as can be seen from the image below).
The height and width of the label are pre-defined and cannot be changed.
The labels have been scaled to fit an adhesive A4 label sheet with 8 labels.
We recommend that you use adhesive label sheets to print your labels.

Invoice
You can print an invoice for an entire order. If an order contains multiple items and you select only one item, the invoice will still be printed for the full order.
The invoice will contain complete details of the order.
It also includes a 2-inch space at the top of the page so you can print it using your own personalised paper with your business letterhead.

Declaration letter
The declaration of shipping is a letter you can provide to the courier company.
You can print the declaration for the entire order. If an order contains multiple items and you select only one item, the declaration will still be printed for the full order.
You will get 2 copies of the declaration each time you print.

Tips for printing paper:
Always ensure that the paper size you use for printing is A4.
Remember to use adhesive A4 size paper to print your shipping labels.
Use A4 size paper with your letterhead to print your invoices.
