If you are having trouble uploading pictures please read our Picture Hosting Overview and Basic or Enhanced troubleshooting tips.
You can upload pictures using the Basic or the Enhanced Uploader depending on your Operating System and Web browser.
Basic Uploader
The Basic Uploader can be used on all the supported operating system and browser configurations. The Basic Uploader does not compress pictures before upload. Upload time depends on the size of your originals and the speed of your Internet connection.

Click the Browse buttons to select the pictures you want to upload from your computer.
A dialogue box displays, enabling you to navigate to folders containing pictures.
Click the picture file you want, then click the OK or Open button.
This selects the picture file to be uploaded when you click the Upload All button. You can select up to 6 pictures at a time for upload when using Picture Manager in My eBay.
Click the Upload All button when you are finished.
Original Size and Watermark Options
You can store original size copies of your pictures and add watermarks to them.
Picture Manager will create several copies of your pictures with standard dimensions for use in eBay page layouts. Selecting the Original Size option, Picture Manager will keep an additional copy of your original picture file from your local hard drive.
You can also choose to watermark your pictures with the eBay Picture Hosting logo and with your User ID (up to 20 characters). The logo will appear at the bottom right corner of the picture; your user ID will appear at the bottom left corner.
If you choose to keep an original-sized copy or apply watermarks, the original pictures stored on your computer are not changed or deleted when uploading to Picture Manager. It is important to note that storing original-sized copies can significantly deplete your storage space.
For more information on picture sizes and watermarking, see Standardising and Watermarking Pictures
