Your Payment Due Date

Depending on when you created your seller's account, your invoice date is either the 15th of the month or the last day of the month. You'll receive your invoice by email within five days of the invoice date. It is not possible to change your invoice due date. The date you receive your invoice determines your payment due date. For late payment charges, see Payment requirements.

For questions regarding specific charges to your account, please see Viewing Your Account Status.

eBay billing cycles

The following are the two billing cycles.

Billing Cycle Date

When will I receive my invoice?

15th of the month

Between the 16th and 20th of the month

Last day of the month

Between the 1st and 5th of the month

You can determine your invoice date by viewing your account status and looking for the day of the month in the Billing cycle column.

Payment due date

Your invoice will include your previous month's account activity as well as any past due amounts. Your full payment is due by the next invoice date. For example, if you receive an invoice on May 20th, your payment is due by June 15th.

Important: If you need to make a one time payment, look at the Payment section of your invoice.

You will need to make a payment by the next invoice date. This will keep your account current. Learn more about how to make a one time payment.

Payment requirements

  • eBay requires payment in full each month on accounts with an amount due of Rs.25.00 or more.

  • If you have not paid your amount due by the payment due date each month, you will be billed a late payment charge of 1.5% of the balance past due or the highest amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. You will be charged interest the day after the payment due date, each month until the overdue amount is paid.

  • If your account becomes past due, your account may be suspended for non-payment, and you may be responsible for collection costs.

  • For accounts over 180 days past due, action may include deducting the amount owed from your PaisaPay account balance.
