Shipping and Delivering PaisaPay Items

To keep PaisaPay transactions safe, sellers need to follow certain timelines to ship and deliver items bought through PaisaPay. This helps ensure that buyers have the confidence to use PaisaPay as their payment method, which also helps sellers stay protected from unpaid item issues.

Important action points to remember

  • Enter the shipping details: After the buyer has paid for an item, be sure to provide details of shipping within the timelines. If you miss this deadline, PaisaPay will treat this transaction as unsuccessful and automatically refund the buyer’s payment in case of PaisaPay or consider the transaction cancelled in case of PaisaPay COD.     Incase of pre-allotted Airway Bill numbers for COD the details will automatically show up in the dispatch details under PaisaPay. The seller needs to mandatorily print the shipping label once he is ready to ship. Incase he does not print the shipping label the system within the stipulated timelines the system will cancel the transaction.

  • Request for shipping time extension: This is not applicable for PaisaPay COD. If there’s a possibility that you may not be able to ship the item within the specified shipping deadline, you can request the buyer for a time extension. Be sure to request for a time extension before the deadline to enter shipping details. Also be sure to provide the buyer enough time before the shipping deadline to accept the time extension request.   • Meeting delivery deadlines: After providing shipping details, a delivery deadline will be available on the Sold with PaisaPay tab in My PaisaPay. You must ensure that the item is delivered to the buyer before this deadline.

    If the item is delivered within this timeline, the buyer’s payment is transferred to your PaisaPay account, which will be remitted to you periodically. If the item does not reach the buyer within this deadline and the buyer informs PaisaPay, the buyer can request for a refund.

    For PaisaPay payment:

    For PaisaPay COD payment:

    If the item is delivered to the buyer, the  courier company  collects the transaction price from the buyer and remits the same to eBay / PaisaPay facility on periodic basis; PaisaPay after reconciling the payments received from the Logistics Partner, will remit the payment to you periodically.

  • Provide proof of delivery in case of refund request: this is applicable only in case of payment through PaisaPay and not for PaisaPay COD. When the delivery deadline is over, PaisaPay will request the buyer to confirm whether the item was delivered or not.

    If the buyer confirms that an item was not delivered, PaisaPay will initiate a refund. However, if you have shipped the item and the buyer has accepted the delivery, you should contact PaisaPay immediately. When shipping and delivering items bought with PaisaPay, you need to follow specific timelines. Given below is a detailed list of the standard timelines for PaisaPay. In addition to these, certain categories may have different timelines.

Seller will receive the remittance within 21 working days once the item is delivered as confirmed by the logistic partner.
