Making a One-Time Payment
You can make a one-time payment for your eBay selling fees from the Make a Single Payment on Your eBay Seller Account page or the “Seller Account” section of My eBay.
You can make a one-time payment of your selling fees with the following payment methods.
Important: Please do not send cash payments to eBay.
For information on payment requirements, late fees, and payment schedules, see Your Payment Due Date.
Note: The making a one-time payment option is not for a buyer to pay the seller. It is for sellers to pay their eBay seller fees. Payments for items buyers have purchased must be sent directly to the sellers. Please do not send these payments to eBay.

Making a one-time payment by cheque or demand draft
To ensure that your payment is processed quickly and accurately, please enclose a payment coupon with your cheque or demand draft.
To obtain a payment coupon: Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay Home page.
On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the "Seller Account" link under the “My Account” section.
Under eBay Seller Fees, select the “payment method” link to select another one-time payment method.

Print out the payment coupon, enclose it with your cheque or demand draft, and mail your payment to the address shown on the coupon.
When paying by cheque or demand draft:
Always write your eBay invoice number and User ID on the front of your cheque or demand draft.
Always send your cheque or demand draft to the address shown on the payment coupon. Sending it to any other address will delay processing.
Cheque and demand draft payments take 7 to 10 business days to process and post to your account.
Your cheque information must match your account information (no third-party cheques).
Returned cheques are subject to a Rs.150.00 service charge.
If you are signed up for automatic monthly payments, be sure to mail your cheque or demand draft for the full amount owed at least 10 days prior to your invoice date. This will ensure that you are not charged twice.
Click the "Seller Account" link within the "My Account" section.
Click the "payments and refunds" link.
