Selling using a fixed price
When you sell an item at a fixed price, your buyers have the convenience of buying the item immediately at a known price.
Choosing a fixed price format
Depending on whether you want to allow bidding on your item, you can either:
Create a fixed price listing, with no bidding allowed
Create an auction-style listing and add the
option so that buyers can choose whether to buy your item right away or compete in the auction
With either option your listing will appear whenever buyers search or browse on eBay. The
icon next to the item lets buyers know that they can buy it right away.

Changing your listing format
You can't switch between a fixed price listing and an online auction with a Buy It Now price. However, in some situations, you can add, edit, or remove a Buy It Now price.
For auction-style listings: If more than 12 hours remain before the listing ends, you might be able to add, edit, or remove a Buy It Now price as long as the listing has not received any bids.
For fixed price listings: You can edit the Buy It Now price.
