Closing your Shop
Shop subscriptions are for a minimum 30-day period. If you cancel within this period, you will be billed for the entire 30 days. If you cancel after the minimum 30-day period, your subscription will be pro-rated and any overpayment will be reflected in a later invoice. Tips to help bring more traffic to your Shop

Information about closing your Shop
If you close your eBay Shop:
All of your current Shop Inventory listings (if any) will automatically end.
All of your current auction-style and fixed price format items will remain active until their ending date is reached or they are sold.
If you change your mind, you can always reopen your Shop. We'll save your Shop settings for 30 days.
Your next invoice will include a prorated credit for the number of days left in your subscription billing cycle. If you have canceled your subscription during a free trial period, any outstanding subscription charges will be credited back to your account.
Closing your eBay Shop
To close your eBay ShopClick the Account tab, then click the Subscriptions link in the left navigation.
Scroll to the eBay Shops section, and click the Cancel Subscription link.
If you have bundled subscriptions with your eBay Shop for Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro, or other selling tool, select the appropriate button to specify whether you want to keep the subscriptions at the new monthly fee or unsubscribe.
If you're sure you want to close your Shop, click the Yes button.
Use a mix of auction-style, fixed price and Shop Inventory listings. Listing in all three types of formats is the best way to get different types of exposure on eBay and help buyers discover your Shop. Here are some listing suggestions for various items:
Unique items: We suggest a high level of auction-style and fixed price items to attract demand.
Accessories and hard-to-find Items: We suggest an approximately even split of auction-style, fixed price and Shop Inventory listings.
Accessories with inventory depth: We suggest a higher level Shop Inventory listings.
