Step 4: Request a Final Value Fee credit
What to do
Make sure you've done the following before requesting a Final Value Fee credit:
- Filed a Non-Paying Bidder Alert between 7 and 45 days after your listing ended; and
- Tried unsuccessfully to resolve things with your bidder for 10 days after you filed the Non-Paying Bidder Alert form.
|
If you've followed these steps, you can request a Final Value Fee credit. A refund will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
If you relist the item, you may also qualify for Insertion Fee credit. Learn more.
When to do it
Request your Final Value Fee credit within 60 days after your listing closes.
Incase the buyer fulfills the transaction after the Final Value Fee credit is filed, you may remove the Non-Paying Bidder Warning Removal form within 90 days after your listing closes.
