The Express Remittance facility is a privilege and sellers as approved by eBay AG at its discretion would qualify when they meet the following criteria:

• Feedback Score greater than 25

• Should be an eBay registered member for more than 3 months

• Should have completed the additional verification (KYC)

• In the last 3 months:

  - Average remittance of Transaction Price or remittances from PaisaPay is greater than Indian Rs. 5000/- per month

  - Sold on eBay in at least 2 months

• No active restriction on the eBay user ID due to policy violations or due to non payment of any charges levied by eBay AG

• Should not have any history of eBay Buyer Protection Claims or PaisaPay Refund Claims against the items sold by the Seller or excessive chargebacks.

• Related eBay user ID may also subject to these parameters

Note: The above mentioned parameters would be reviewed and modified from time to time and eBay AG reserves the right withdraw this privilege without any notice. Granting this privilege would be at the sole discretion of eBay AG.

Violations of the policy may result in a range of actions, including:

• Cancellation of Payments

• Cancellation of remittance

• Acceptance of Refund Claim

• Remittance on Hold or Refund to Buyer

• PaisaPay Registration Suspension

• eBay User ID Restriction or Suspension

• Referral to Law Enforcement
