Additional Verification (KYC)
Sellers who have received more than Indian Rs. 50,000/- through PaisaPay Facility would be required to complete additional verification (KYC) and till such time the remittances would be kept on hold. In such case, the Sellers would be required to furnish the following documents:
Valid photo Proof of Identity (POI)
Valid Proof of Address (POA) for the bank account name as mentioned in PaisaPay registration.

Sellers would be intimated to start KYC verification when eBay AG has remitted more than Indian Rs. 30,000/- through PaisaPay Facility. Seller would also be notified when KYC verification has been completed. Post KYC verification, in case the seller edits his bank account details anytime in future and the seller’s PaisaPay remittance has crossed Rs.30,000 he will be required to complete KYC verification again for the new bank account and till such time all the remittances shall be on hold. Remittances from PaisaPay Facility aggregating to a total of and up to a maximum of Indian Rs. 50,000/- since the first registration of Seller on PaisaPay Facility may not be kept on hold.
Violations of any above policy may result in a range of actions, including:
Cancellation of remittance
Acceptance of Refund Claim
Remittance on Hold or Refund to Buyer
PaisaPay Registration Suspension
eBay User ID Restriction or Suspension
Referral to Law Enforcement
