Managing Items Sold with PaisaPay

The Sold with PaisaPay tab provides you an overview and key action points for items which your buyers bought using PaisaPay.

The information on the tab is further filtered down in to six views that present information based on the current status of the item. The numbers in brackets indicate the items available under each view.

All sold with PaisaPay

This view shows you all the items you have sold using PaisaPay. You can see details such as, shipping and delivery deadlines, PaisaPay ID, and time left to complete the next milestone.

Keeping track of item status

You can also see icons that indicate the completion of transaction milestones, such as payment status, and shipping status. To view detailed information on the item, you can click the item title to go to the Transaction Details page. You can also see important alerts or status reminders in the yellow bar below the item title.

The "Order Status" column will provide you with key action points that you need to complete before deadline, such as entering shipping details, with the time remaining to complete this milestone in red below the button.

Searching or sorting for transactions

You can search for transactions using the PaisaPay ID, buyer's user ID or item number. This will help filter results based on what you select.

To search for a transaction:

  1. Enter your search term in the text box.

  2. Select the required criteria and/or the payment date from the dropdown lists.

  3. Click the Search button.

Depending on the search parameter you enter you will see the following results:

PaisaPay ID

All items purchased as part of a specific PaisaPay order.

Buyer ID

All transactions by a buyer

Item ID

All buyers who have purchased the specific item from you

(For a single quantity item there will be one buyer. For multi-quantity items there may be multiple buyers.)

You can use the Payment date dropdown menu to show you information for specific periods of time, such as last 31 days or last 90 days. After selecting the payment date ensure to click the search button. You can also sort the information on the page by clicking the column headers in blue, or the transaction status icon headers such as the Rs. Icon etc.

Payments in process

This view shows you transactions in which the buyer has paid using PaisaPay, but the payment is pending PaisaPay confirmation. Remember to never ship the item unless PaisaPay confirms that the payment has been approved.

Not shipped

This view gives you a list of all items where you have not yet provided shipping details. You can choose to enter shipping details for individual items or for multiple items. The "Enter multiple shipping details" button allows you to provide details of shipping for more than one item at a time.

Awaiting buyer confirmation

This view shows you all items that you have shipped and delivered, but have not yet received confirmation from the buyer. This view is helpful in case you wish to contact the buyer and remind them to provide item receipt confirmation.

Items confirmed by buyer

This view shows you all items where you have shipped, delivered and received item confirmation from the buyer. These items require no further action from your side. This may also contain items that the buyer has not confirmed receipt for and the buyer's time to confirm receipt of the item has lapsed.

Refunds

The buyer may receive a refund of the order amount in the following two cases:

  • If you do not deliver on time, the buyer can notify PaisaPay and a refund is initiated

  • If you do not enter shipping details within the timelines, PaisaPay will automatically initiate a refund to the buyer for the order amount

You can track the status of all items pending refunds with this view. For transactions where you have delivered the item and the buyer is claiming a refund, you can contact PaisaPay with proof of delivery. PaisaPay will investigate the matter and may reject the buyer’s refund request.
