The Paid with PaisaPay tab provides you an overview and key action points for items which you have bought using PaisaPay.
The information on the tab is further filtered down in to six views that present information based on the current status of the item. The number in brackets indicates the total number of items available under that view.
All paid with PaisaPay
This view shows you all the items you have bought using PaisaPay.
Key features include:
Shipping and delivery deadlines (To be shipped by and To be delivered by)
Current status messaging and time left to complete important actions
You can also see icons that indicate the completion of transaction milestones, such as payment status.
The Time Left column will also show you key action points to be completed before deadline, such as confirming item receipt, with the time remaining to complete this milestone in red below the button.
To view detailed information on the item, click the current status message or the PaisaPay ID to go to the Transaction Details page. You can also see important alerts or status reminders in the yellow bar below the item title.
You can use the Payment date dropdown menu to choose to see information for specific periods of time, such as last 31 days or last 60 days. You can also sort the information on the page by clicking the column headers in blue, or the transaction status icon headers.
Payments in process
This view shows you transactions where you have paid using PaisaPay, but the payment is pending PaisaPay confirmation. The seller will not ship the item unless PaisaPay confirms that the payment has been approved.
For certain payments, PaisaPay may also require you to provide additional documents to process your payment. Check your email to see what documents you need to provide to complete the payment.
To be shipped
This view gives you a list of all items where the seller has not yet shipped. If the seller fails to ship the item within a specified time, PaisaPay will automatically refund your payment to you.
Items shipped
This view shows you all items that the seller has shipped and that require you to confirm item receipt. If the item is delivered to you within the specified timelines, here’s what you should do to confirm that you received the item:
Click the Action required button
Select the “I have received the item” option.
If you have not received the item, select “I have not received the item. Please refund my payment for the item.”. A refund claim will be opened for the item, and PaisaPay will allow the seller 5 days to provide proof that the item was delivered. At the end of 5 days, PaisaPay will make a decision in favour of you or the seller.
Important: Always remember to complete this action as soon as the item is delivered to you or within the deadline. If you do not complete this action, it is assumed that the item was delivered to you. Once the deadline is over, you will then not be able to claim a PaisaPay refund even if the item wasn’t delivered to you. You can then open a case from the “Resolution Centre” in My eBay.
Also remember that if you receive the item, but it is not as described by the seller, you can open a case against the seller. You can do so by clicking on the “Resolution Centre” link in My eBay. Please do not select the “I have not received the item. Please refund my payment for the item.” option to receive a refund in such cases.
Items received
This view shows you all items where:
Items where seller has shipped and delivered and you have confirmed that you received it
Items where you did not take any action to confirm item receipt
Items for which PaisaPay rejected your refund request
Refunds
You may receive a refund of the order amount in the following two cases:
If the seller does not deliver on time, you can notify PaisaPay and a refund is initiated
If the seller does not enter shipping details on time, PaisaPay will automatically initiate a refund for the order amount
You would receive the refund the same way you have made the payment. For example, if you paid through credit card the refund would be to your credit card. You can also track the status of all items pending refunds with this view.
