Losing Feedback Privileges
In certain circumstances, members can lose Feedback privileges. if a buyer doesn't pay for an item, a seller might open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Centre. If an unpaid item is recorded on the buyer's account and the buyer does not react to this case, any negative or neutral Feedback left by that buyer for that transaction is removed. If the buyer didn't leave Feedback yet, they won't be able to once the unpaid item is recorded.
