I didn't receive an item I paid for. What should I do?
eBay offers members comprehensive programs that provide protection against loss from non-delivery or misrepresentation for most purchases.
Note: Eligibility for buyer protection services is determined by the payment method that you use and the eBay country site where the item was purchased. You can review how your purchase is protected on the item page.
eBay’s Buyer Protection Program
Most other items are covered up to Rs. 10000 (minus a Rs. 50 processing fee) with eBay's buyer protection program. However, purchases made through PaisaPay are covered upto Rs.50,000 (minus Rs.50 to cover processing fees). Please review eBay’s Standard Purchase Protection eligibility requirements.
Before you file a claim through this program, eBay encourages you to:
Contact the seller (most issues can be resolved with a single phone call)
Contact your credit card company if you purchased the item outside of PaisaPay with a credit card. Most companies provide 100% online protection.
Note: Your eBay claim must be filed between 30 and 90 days after the listing ends.
