For Naveen Pamnani, a previous exporter of Indian Handicrafts, what began as a childhood passion of collecting Antique and Vintage Vehicles culminated into a fully fledged & successful business of marketing Vintage Automobile Spare parts on eBay. The result of this fervor was that users on eBay were treated to a range of high quality spare auto parts for vintage bikes, scooters, jeeps and cars on eBay. When Navin Mistry, the Category Head for Cross Border Business here at eBay recommended Naveen to consider selling his collection of vintage vehicles on eBay, he translated the advice into selling auto spares for the same. In 2009, he branched out to drive all his focus to this business and ventured into Distribution of Auto Spares overseas. He drafted a strategy to add Spares for other Vintage Bikes, Scooters and Cars in a phased manner keeping in mind that his customers were also the Collectors and loved their Vintage Bikes/Cars more than their wives.

He wanted to deliver High Quality Spares and Accessories to Vintage Bike/Scooter Enthusiasts at reasonable prices along with the best of services. He says, "With the help of eBay India Team, I made backend systems and procedures which ensured that we had world class backend operations. We made different departments dealing in different activities/procedures like Designing/listings, Packaging, Dispatch and Customer Support. Each of the department has experienced personnel. Today we are a complete ecommerce company selling spares for Vintage Bikes/Scooters; we would be adding the spares for 4 Wheelers and would love to cater our Customers Worldwide."

As regards to his business ethics, he prioritizes on Customer Support, Timely delivery and 100% Customer Satisfaction. He feels every seller on eBay should stress on these beliefs.
