PaisaPay is a fast, easy and secure way to accept credit card payments and online bank transfers from buyers. This service eliminates the delay and hassle of conventional cheque/demand draft payments.

This is how PaisaPay works:

  • Buyer pays eBay using credit card or online bank transfer
  • The seller is credited for the payment once the bank confirms the transaction
  • eBay consolidates all confirmed PaisaPay transactions and sends a cheque / demand draft to each seller on a regular basis.

PaisaPay is beneficial for both sellers and buyers.

Sellers

PaisaPay is the easiest and least expensive way to accept online payments from buyers who have credit cards or online bank accounts. Sellers are responsible for transaction service fees. Sellers are charged:

  • 3.5% per transaction for Credit Card payment
  • 2% per transaction for Online Bank Transfer payment

You must register for PaisaPay in order to offer it as a payment method for items listed on eBay India. In order to register for PaisaPay, your user registration address must be one of the supported cities in India. eBay will send a cheque / demand draft out to you on a regular basis for your confirmed PaisaPay transactions.
