General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Registered Entrant User shall not be in violation and agrees to abide with eBay UAs, including but not limited to the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
  2. eBay reserves the right at any time to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion by another Promotion, whether similar to this Promotion or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and eBay's decision in this regard shall be final.
  3. All decisions of eBay regarding running / process / results, of the Promotion, data selection shall be final and binding on all participants of this Promotion. No appeals will be entertained in this regard.
  4. In the event of circumstances arising outside of eBay's control, which in eBay's opinion makes it necessary to suspend, substitute, change or cancel the Promotion, eBay reserves the right to suspend, change, substitute or cancel the Promotion at any time, without attributing any reason or intimating the users in any manner for doing so.
  5. If eBay has suspicion or knowledge, that any Registered Entrant User participating in this Promotion has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to this Promotion or in violation of eBay UAs, eBay reserves the right to disqualify that Registered Entrant User and any related user(s). Any Registered Entrant User of the Website who, knowingly and with the intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a fraudulent complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent by law. In such an event, eBay reserves all rights, including but not limited to suspend, block, restrict and/or cancel the user id and remove all listings of the errant Registered Entrant User and its related user id's on the Website.
  6. eBay does not warrant that the Website will run concurrently and error free during or after the Promotion Period and does not commit any uptime of the Website. eBay does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed data communication. eBay reminds the Registered Entrant User of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system, computer hardware/ software failure, human error, things outside the control of eBay that may affect entry/participation to the Promotion.
  7. The items/ products listed and/ or sold are by third parties, who are responsible and liable for complying with commitments, communications, understandings, including but not limited to, guarantees, warranties, services (pre, post sales) between them and the Registered Entrant User, as also complying with the applicable laws of the land.
  8. eBay is neither responsible nor guarantees the make, quality of the product/items, which are purely the responsibility/liability of a third party. Nor shall eBay be liable for any defect, deficiency, shortcoming or any risk associated with the quality, commitment or delivery timelines of the products/items.
  9. The Registered Entrant User understands and agrees that participation in this Promotion is good and sufficient consideration for him/her to agree and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  10. All communications with the Registered Entrant User will be through the Registered Entrant User's Website registered email id.
  11. The benefits under this Promotion CANNOT be clubbed with other offers running on the Website, including vouchers or any other offer available on the Website.
  12. The employees and the immediate family members of the employees of eBay and its associate companies are NOT eligible to participate in this Promotion.
